How I Work
My practice is a Mind-Body-Spirit approach which blends Ayurvedic wisdom with modern coaching science and consciousness-based philosophies. Through this lens, I am able to support my clients with insight into their physical, mental and spiritual well-being so they can achieve true balance and ultimate wholeness.
βThe inspiration that you seek is already within you. Be silent and listen.β -Rumi
Meditation and mindfulness are the key tools I use for my coaching practice. I believe that they are an essential gateway to develop the self-awareness and agency that is needed to shift our thoughts, patterns and behaviors.
When we cultivate a witnessing awareness of our lives, we can begin to respond (rather than react) and this is truly where we can create the change we seek to make for ourselves.
No prior or current experience with meditation is necessary. All you need is your open mind and your commitment to your growth and transformation.
Other tools we may use along the way include breathwork, visualization, structured exercises, journaling and somatic practices to name a few.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach to coaching
I will support your coaching journey based on your unique personality, communication style, goals and pace.
We can focus on any area(s) of your life where you want to create change, unlock your potential and expand possibilities.
I will use Ayurvedic tools that will help inform me of your doshic nature and any imbalances that you may have so I can coach you in the best way possible.
A discovery call is the best way for us to get to know one another, discuss your questions and see if my coaching and insights will support you on your journey toward wholeness.
