This is our opportunity to learn more about one another, my process and ask any questions you may have. This is how we will determine if we are a good match and if coaching with me is right for you. If we are a match, I have two coaching packages that I offer for first-time clients.

THE COACHING PACKAGES

The Discovery Journey

This a package for those who are ready to create change, are committed to their development but may not be sure where to begin- or may be new to coaching. They may seek to elevate all aspects of their life in order to find balance and new-found personal connection.

This journey is a 10-week program (meeting weekly) consisting of an intake/introduction session, 8 coaching sessions and a closing/reflection session. We will explore the themes of Purpose, Intention, Meaning and Shadow through structured and improvised exercises. These exercises will help bring clarity, awareness and action to who you are and who you want to become.

Great for those who love structure, exercises, accountability, and collaboration.

The Development Journey

This is a package for those who have a specific area of focus where they seek to create self-efficacy, transformation and growth — whether personal, professional or spiritual. Together, we will explore thoughts, behaviors and actions that will foster growth and bring about desired change.

This Journey is an 8-week program (meeting bi-weekly) consisting of an intake/introduction session, 6 coaching sessions and a closing/reflection session. We will create a safe, trusting space to dive into the awareness that is needed to unlock your potential. Transformation exists on a spectrum; so this can be about going from good to great and it can also be about going from blue to better.

Great for those who like to process, share, reflect, and visualize.

EXISTING CLIENTS

Existing clients have access to a members-only portal where I offer a suite of coaching package options that offer various levels of on-going support.
